For the purpose of meeting the consumers’ requirements in the field of quality, operating capability and durability of the manufactured products, SVPZ has the Aftersales Service.
1. Technical monitoring of big bearings (BB) during operation.
2. Participation in installation and commissioning of new and pilot batches of bearings.
3. Analysis and finding out the reasons of premature failure of bearings during operation, with subsequent consultations and recommendations to cure the same.
4. Provision of the necessary technical manuals and guidance materials for the maintenance of big bearings at the place of their use, the rules of scheduled inspections, training of maintenance personnel in the rules of BB repair and restoration.
5. Development and provision of recommendations and technical proposals aimed at improving the performance standards of big bearings manufactured by SVPZ LLC.
6. Technical support of BBs during operation and getting feedback on the quality, durability and reliability of bearings made by SVPZ LLC to develop proposals to improve the competitiveness of products and determine the optimal value for money.
