SVPZ performs mechanical treatment using the universal lathes, milling, grinding, drilling and bandsaw machines equipped with computer numerical control systems. This equipment enables the following types of treatment:

• lathe machining for the diameter of up to 2,500 mm, up to 3,200 mm in the near future;
• milling and drilling of parts with the maximum size of up to 2,000 mm;
• high-precision polishing of external and internal rotary surfaces, including those with the complex profile of generating line and diameter of up to 2,500 mm and height of up to 650 mm;
• cutting of the cut-to-length sections from the rolled metal of any shape.

For the purpose of thermal and thermochemical treatment of parts, SVPZ LLC has and successfully operates the system of advanced process equipment allowing for the following thermal treatment operations (for parts with the diameter of up to 2,500 mm, height - up to 2,000 mm and weight - up to 5 t):

• gas carburization in the controlled atmosphere with specific carbon potential. The case depth may reach 10 mm;
• low-temperature, medium-temperature and high-temperature tempering;
• heating for hardening and hardening in oil with high-intensity turbulent cooling;
• part washing in the washing machine;
• bead-blasting treatment of large-sized parts for carbon removal;
• cleaning of small-sized parts in tumble drums.

The greater portion of the tooling and auxiliary equipment is produced by SVPZ, therefore we managed to gain considerable experience in machine assembly and welding operations.

Our qualified locksmiths and welders can do the following:

• metal marking and cutting,
• assembly and welding of metal structures.

Using the equipment complete with computer numerical control, SVPZ provides the following metal cutting services:

• gas cutting of sheet metal with the thickness of up to 100 mm and dimensions of the primary blank of up to 3,000x1,500 mm;
• electroerosion cutting of parts with the hardness of up to 70 HRC with the maximum cutting length of 450 and 320 mm along the X and Y axes respectively.

The own Engineering and Technology Department of SVPZ comprising the professional designers and engineers makes it possible to solve technical issues of any degree of complexity.
The design and engineering study of your order may be based on both the ready-made drawings and item sketches or samples.
Our technical specialists are ready to perform the full range of works connected with development of design and engineering documentation:

• development of drawings of parts and assemblies;
• development of schemes;
• preparation of operational documentation (data sheet, operation manual, test program and methods);
